Dr Denise Wilson
Orthodontist
Dr Wilson completed her Bachelor in Dental Science at UWA in 1991. She worked in private practice in Perth before leaving for Dubai in 1993. After 5 years as a general dental practitioner, she commenced her specialist training at the Eastman Dental Institute in London, UK, completing the Master of Science in Orthodontics (University of London) and Memberships in Orthodontics at both the Royal College of Surgeons of England and Edinburgh. She then completed a year in specialist practice in St. John’s Wood, London before returning to Western Australia and registering as an Orthodontist in October 2000.
Dr Wilson first opened Mosman Park Orthodontics in November, 2001 and has recently completed an extensive renovation to the contemporary clinic you see today.
Denise and her husband Brett have two beautiful daughters Mia and Rosalie.
Dr Wilson has a deep appreciation of Art and fashion and enjoys playing classical piano; music and poetry of any kind is where her true passion lies.
Dr Angela Ross
Orthodontist
Dr Ross completed her Bachelor of Dental Surgery at the University of Otago in New Zealand in 2006. Following the completion of her dental degree she worked in private practice in New Zealand and in rural New South Wales.
After 3 years as a general practitioner, she moved to Perth and pursued her specialist training at The University of Western Australia. In 2012 she completed the Doctor of Clinical Dentistry in Orthodontics and the Memberships in Orthodontics at both the Royal College of Surgeons Edinburgh and the Australasian Royal College of Dental Surgeons.
Since completing her orthodontic training she has worked in both the public and private specialist practices in Perth. At the beginning of 2016, Dr Ross joined Dr Denise Wilson as an Associate Orthodontist at Mosman Park Orthodontics.
Outside work Dr Ross spends as much time as possible enjoying the outdoors. She is a competitive runner and also enjoys cycling, hiking adventures and travelling.
Rosey
Practice Manager
I have worked closely with Dr Denise Wilson at Mosman Park Orthodontics since its inception in 2001 to its growth and modernisation to the contemporary fit-out of today.
In our Practice I manage the day to day operations of the orthodontic surgeries and also supervise staff training and development. I oversee the front office, staff scheduling and patient communications.
We have created a bright and friendly environment at the Practice that is not only fun for all the Staff but also for our valued patients and parents.
Simone
Dental Hygienist
I completed my Dental Hygiene degree in 2000 and have spent time working in general practice, specialist Prosthodontic practice, and some time as a clinical tutor at OHCWA with the Oral Health Therapy students.
I have been working at Mosman Park Orthodontics since 2004 but have known Dr Denise Wilson since she was practising dentistry, and was in fact her first dental nursing assistant. Our working relationship has actually spanned decades.
You will find me assisting Dr Denise Wilson with routine adjustments and all aspects of patient care.
I am a busy working mum who has a passion for baking.
Jo
Dental Therapist
I completed my Dental Therapy diploma at Curtin University in 1990 and have worked for many years in the school dental service in both country and city locations. As well as some time spent in general practice, I have spent many years in Orthodontics as a dental therapist since 1999.
I began working at Mosman Park Orthodontics with Dr Denise Wilson since 2002 and helped with much of the initial setting up of the clinic and much of the patient care. I'm also the first person to see your beautiful new smile after your braces are removed! Lucky me.
I am a busy working mum with two beautiful daughters. I enjoy spending time in the outdoors and tending to my many horses. I also work part-time as a Personal Assistant to my husband who works in Real Estate.
Catherine Brannen
Dental Hygienist
I completed my Dental Hygiene degree in 2008 and joined the team at Mosman Park Orthodontics in 2019. I really enjoy seeing the progress and transformations that our patients go through; taking braces off is one of the most rewarding parts of my work.
When not working, I am busy with two young children and enjoy time in the garden and walks along the river.
Francesca Napolitano
Accounts & Contracts Coordinator
I commenced work at Mosman Park Orthodontics in 2017 as the Accounts and Contracts Coordinator. Prior to this, I worked in a general dental practice in Wembley.
It is always good to see a patient’s confidence restored after receiving orthodontic treatment at the Practice. Both children and adults benefit greatly.
I am available to help with all your financial concerns and payment options, which can also include payment plans for your orthodontic treatment.
In my spare time I enjoy walking my dog around the river and trying new recipes in my kitchen to share with Staff at Mosman Park.
Amy O’Neill
Front Office Coordinator
It is my pleasure to be part of the fabulous team at Mosman Park Orthodontics.
I have worked in the dental field since 2017, with experience in both general and specialist practice.
You will find me behind the Front Desk assisting my Colleagues to ensure a smooth and positive treatment outcome for our Patients.
Outside of work I enjoy cooking, exploring the outdoors and spending time with family and friends.
Erin Challen
Clinical Coordinator
Whilst studying my Cert III in Dental Assisting at OHCWA in 2015, I was working in a General Dental Practice. After 5 months, I worked in an Orthodontic practice and very soon realised this is where my dental passion lies. I went on to complete my Cert IV in Dental Assisting in 2016 and I have been employed at Mosman Park Orthodontics since April 2018.
Some of my roles as a Clinical Co-Ordinator are ensuring the smooth running of the Practice, including assisting the Therapists, Hygienists and Orthodontist during appointments, and most of all making sure all of our patients feel comfortable within the Practice. I love the feeling of witnessing our patients see their new smile for the first time. I enjoy travelling, adventures, gardening, beauty, fashion & spending time with my family/friends.
Breanna Hicks
Dental Assistant
I joined the team at Mosman Park Orthodontics in January 2016, and have recently completed my Certificate IV in Dental Assisting.
In my clinical role, I help with the daily sterilisation procedures and ensure patient co-ordination is running smoothly. As a team we make sure all our patients feel comfortable and receive the best treatment.
In my free time I enjoy the outdoors, movies and spending quality time with my family and friends.
